I just bought a new bike from the shop Sam gave me a great deal! Alley is very kind and helps you with anything you need, the guy that fixes the bikes is very good at it and fast great knowledge (forgot to ask hes name). They also had to put together the bike since this was ordered to the shop and i was supposed to get it on monday but since they knew it was a birthday gift they rushed and had it ready on a Saturday. I appreciated that. Great shop good service professional a lot of the bad reviews have it wrong.
I wish i could tell you more, but I've got to go ride that awesome piece of machinery. Specialized bikes are really great.
I went to the store and asked to change all my spokes from the wheel. They exchanged some only. I returned to complain and they wanted to charge me again for an absurd amount. Bad experience at all. Not friendly. Charging overprice for service and when you come back because it wasnt fixed properly, you must pay again. Never come back. !!!
Awesome store, great owner, very experienced tech-support staff in the store's bike-lab. I've learned couple more things too.

I've been going to J&B Bike Shop since there old location. There new shop is top notch! They are my to go bike shop . The customer service and mechanic on staff Andres makes them the Best neighborhood and Pro Bike Shop in Miami Beach.

I was looking for my new bike.
I went with a friend last night to JB Bike Shop for her to buy spinning shoes. The owner personally helped us; he was extremely knowledgeable and beyond patient. The whole experience was super positive. I was very impressed to learn that JB Bike Shop is family owned and has been in business for 25 years. They recently moved to their new location at 7430 Collins Avenue. It is a cozy neighborhood shop with personalized service and top of the line equipment without the hassle of loud noise and crowds. I don’t spin nor bike but if and when I do, this will be my go-to place.
