had fred and shorty shop put a swivel tool box on drivers side 20.00 not bad easy to install great job. I bought another tool box for passenger side went back 20.00. this time drilled hole in wrong place and had to modify the bracket to place in correct position this however takes away from the integrity of the security of the toolbox also striped two very important bolts as you see in the picture. found them laying on the bed truck vibration forced them out since they are striped.the bracket only fits one way the toolbox can not be moved in any other position. I drove by the shop and the manager said come back around 2pm the following day. I went the following friday he said next week. so today being monday i called to get a time and again I was pushed away do to now the shop manager says to busy. not once but twice. I then requested a fixed date because i had a feeling i was going to start to get a run around and i was right. Then manager then went on to say "Do you have a receipt" haha tried to argue that i didn't come in the shop. asked him if he has cameras he said "N0" and he asked if i did. now you're playing games I guess they want their time wasted and mine because after this review on my way to courthouse to file suit this to me is a win win situation i will let you know how it turned out. attached will be a copy of this review.
As far as car people go, they are very fair. Prices are reasonable as they use factory parts. Nice to know. Work is fast and owner seems like he likes going to work
