This is a great store just for mostly clothing. If you need anything else that isn't clothing please go to a bigger Macy's you'll find what you need there!!!
Good Department store, not big like other stores, but has most everything.
For kids in general, swimming wear is really limited in summer after three weeks into june then school clothing come out. Looking for jackets? Try later on in June for them. Again to anyone that's looking for toys, wait until end of November or mid because they start getting some stuff toys in.
Even though it's a good store and great to find clothing for kids and adults but sadly they don't have toys for all year long, having bed sheet sets, dishes and kitchen supples. Only times they do get anything else is during summer time and some holidays. If your looking for church dresses for your babies or kids, they won't have a lot of those type of dresses.
I went today to buy a men sport jacket.The first thing the salesperson Viviana told me was: " I have the perfect jacket for you", it was true! A $ 300 Michael kors jacket for $99!! Thank you Viviana for being so knowledgeable and for your excellence in providing customer service!!Thank you Macy's for having wonderful employees!!
Customer service in this location is terrible. I visited 2 departments shoes and women. I asked to try a pair of shoes and guy who supposed to find it went MIA.. I actually saw him walking around in another department. Upstairs in ladies I waited while 3 cashiers were trying to figure out a discount for a customer. . When I finally I checked out I was surprised to find out that they don't offer shopping bags but only flimsy plastic bags...on the positive large selection of items and pretty well organized. ...wish only the were self checkouts
Kayla from the shoe dept was amazing. She found the pair I was looking for. The place was clean and bright.
