Dr. Foster saved my life, along with Dr. Toonkel, at Mt. Sinai. I was diagnosed with cancer 31 years ago and I'm here today because of them. They didn't just save me but also preserved the quality of my life. I'd recommend Dr. Foster to anyone who wants to put their full faith, body, and confidence in the hands of a most outstanding physician.
This Dr. requires that patients sign a legal document before the appointment stating that the patient cannot sue the doctor in the normal due process. They only present this document to you after you have filled out all of the other paperwork, no mention of it is made before then. If you refuse to sign then you are asked to leave.
In my opinion this is unethical and is taking advantage of the unwary and uneducated. This doctor should be ashamed of himself!!!
