the worst customer service i have ever recieved, the latino idiot who works the counter tried to tell me that there is a $5:00 mimimum to be able to use the credit option on my debit card, i told him its my choice on how i want to pay, also stated to the jerk that there is no sign posted telling the customers that bodega policy. he then proceeded to talking down to me until i gave him the tongue lashing of his hispanic life. the business policies of that gas station are borderline illegal ,the credit card machine does not allow you to use the chip option ,only swipe . i will never go back there again. do not use this place ,if you dont want to have a credit problem ,or encounter bad customer service.
Car wash: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. No doubts about it. They don't help and completely rip you off. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Only thing i would recommend is to stay away from this place. Beware!
Used to love coming here for gas based on location and that they have a car wash....I never give a bad a review to anyone as it is someone's livelihood. However, the attendant that smokes and screams at customers outside needs to go. I have seen him get in several fights with people where he was always in the wrong. He screamed at me today and I will not go back here if he is still employed. It's a shame that a formerly nice establishment has hired a volitile liability.
Pathetic! Minus one star review: The car wash ppl are awesome but the gas station ppl are different ppl, they are some kind of wannabe New Jersey style hairy and greasy mobsters who get in the way of you actually putting gas in your car! Seriously! This guy was on my "grill" literally trying to make me go to a different pump than I chose, so much for self service! I tried backing up w my car to actually move to the pump he instructed me to while he was standing there right behind my car and the car was beeping BC of the sensors so I told him to move, he wouldn't move he just kept on standing there telling me to back up anyways, I just decided to leave and not give this nasty man any business while he yelled at me "go I don't need your money anyways" seriously? U know why these ppl get away with it, right? Because of the monopoly, no competition, there aren't any gas stations near by so I went to good old 15th st and alton road instead where nobody bugs me while I'm trying to put gas in my car! Surreal!
This place robbed me too. I paid for six dollars of gas. I must have noticed the gas not pouring. The counter was at Zero and got to six super fast. I didn't think anything of it. After I left I noticed the needle never move and my range never changed. Miles later nothing still changed. I can't imagine how many people they must do this to. Never go here.
