And when I informed the employee that the water is not hot she rolled her eyes and said it's never hot. I said but I put it on hot and she repeated that they are never hot. The rudeness of the Latinos in Miami Beach is out of control. I am spanish and most don't know how to respond with respect. I will not be coming here again. It makes doing laundry even worse.

Grateful this place was open to me at 7:15, as the other place on 5th and Washington was closed 2 hours before posted hours in website. Why was a small load $3? They clearly never spend money on water and soap to clean the machines that had Black Mold in the soap dispenser. In NY, I can find immaculate washer machines for $2.50 and the attendant is not jabbing on the phone. Just pray the detergent did its job in my sweat and the hot dryers take care of any organisms from the machine.
A machine ate my change and didn't start. I was told to ask the machine for my money back and was then told not they are not responsible for their machines eating my change. That would have been funny if it didn't involve cash. I ended up having to go over to the grocery store for them to straighten out the problem.
The machines eat money and then the manager says "no. No is possible the machine ate the money. The machine does not eat money." And continue to shake their head
