Customer service was absolutely disgusting. Wouldn't recommend a restaurant that takes an hour to deliver and then blames you for not answering the phone AFTER they did not even stop by the front desk.

It's a great delivery option in South Beach. I already ordered twice from this place and the food was good. The delivery was fast and the prices are really reasonable. If you want to order from a place with all types of cuisines, this is your best option in Miami Beach.

***Update: After writing my review I was immediately contacted by the restaurant and at first I thought they were trying to help me resolve my issue, but I was wrong, they did not call to help me (the paying customer) in any way. Instead I received an incredibly rude phone call, from who I can only assume was the owner, Ken, while I was in the middle of eating my lunch and was asked why i didn’t contact someone at the restaurant instead of writing a review (even though I brought up my concern to the person at the cashier register when I picked up my food) then he mentions that he can see all my previous orders and asks why I didn’t write a good review about all my previous experiences (it wasn’t my first negative experience and I held back on writing a bad review to grasp a better experience.) At this point I was completely baffled at what was happening, so I asked him to simply write me an email so we can resolve this like any other business has done in the past not to mention I was in the middle of eating what I had just purchased from them. He replied, “I will” in an aggressive and rude tone and hangs up. Needless to say, my appetite was spoiled and now nearly a month later I still have yet to receive any sort of contact from the restaurant (besides the reply to my review on here that in no way helps my situation and only helps the restaurant look like they’re trying to help.) I can’t begin to fathom what all of the other customers negative experiences were met with. Ken, if you’re reading this, you alone are in control of customer service and you CAN NOT blame the customer for being honest. Unfortunately, I’m done spending my money at this business (and I will continue to advocate my experience with my coworkers as well as those who practice reviewing businesses in hope that they are treated better) but I hope the best for Alacarte Delivery. It’s truly an original concept that I liked, but its downfall is that the owner doesn’t practice genuine customer service. The reviews don’t lie, folks are complaining for a reason. When a customer is met with genuine service, that business doesn’t need to worry about a review (good or bad.) Please do not contact me again.

Usually a good delivery service where you can order from a few different selections in one place, but if your food order is wrong or not to the standard you expected forget about it. No way they can help.

I had one question to ask that lead to a series of questions because it was confusing. The person whom I called answered me with "You're not the first person to ask me that question." I don't care if I'm not the first person. Just answer the question. Frustrated, I messaged their Facebook profile. That lead to even more frustration because they didn't understand anything that I was talking about and didn't acknowledge me even with a simple sorry. Frustrated, I ended up cursing in the conversation, which is rude and I do apologize for that, but instead of trying to understand why I got that frustrated, the person instead chastised me like I was a child and then proceeded to block me. This is NOT how you conduct business. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I just ordered their Chinese food. That had to of been the best Chinese food ever. Way beyond the levels of others here on the beach. Kudos to the owner and the chefs created that. My new favorite!
