The place is huge. Much larger theater than I expected. Comfortable "leather" seats, great audio
Watch atomic blonde here- the arm rest didn't go up perhaps it does in other theaters. Yet to experience IMAX here. Overall not bad place to go.
bad customer service from manager. There is no consistency. I am loyal customer for 10 years in this movie theater, just this morning I can use a bathroom and now, the manager said "sorry u can't use it, there r too many ppl want to use a bathroom" hello, u never see ppl on a Saturday's movie night. Denying ppl for using a bathroom on Lincoln Road mall when clearly there were no ppl in the theater at all. I am very disappointed in the manager. He were clearly upset and cold, not set an good customer service example.
Perfect location for a date night. Theater is beautiful, they have lots of areas to sit and relax while you wait for your movie. Full bar and food are available. And staff is very nice.
A great place to see the premieres. They have all the latest screen technology. They also have the dinner and a movie options that include full bar and lunge for before and after the movie.
