This garage doesn't post pricing clearly. After 15 minutes, it charged me $20 for supposedly up to 3 hours. Yet, I didn't see pricing posted anywhere, not even at the payment machine. Further, the garage charged me an additional $40 for a lost ticket. The attendant and Jennifer, the person who identified herself as the on-site manager, refused to refer me to anyone at their corporate office. Ultimately, I had to dispute the additional charge with my credit card company.
Excellent place to park, reasonable price,very accessible and the most beautiful view of Miami Beach, Highly recommended !!!
i wish i could give -5 to these clowns i was charged $65 for one hour parking today 10/31/2016 no rate shown anywhere when you get to the machine it charges what ever the F********** it wants the guy on site i asked him about 4 times how much was the parking per hour and never gave me a clear answer you all are trying to get rich in one day ? next time ill park my car anywhere but not there Clownsss Laz Parking you all should do the things right no wonder why the guy never gave me an answer of the rate /hourly once you get to the machine is either pay or break the dammm gate i was close to do it its not fair 1 hour $60

2) I know I'm in a small minority here, but the actual structure is an eyesore. It looks like something a 1970s-era brutalist architect in socialist Eastern Europe would design.

1) How about posting your prices? I'd like to use this car park but friends and neighbors have had some real shocks when it comes time to pay. Apparently the pricing is variable (and secret). The Boat Show a few years ago apparently saw over $20 an hour. I am not a big fan for government regulation, but this may be an area that needs a look. The parking structure next to the movie theatre is much more reasonable. Better still, if you can score one, parking in the city lots behind Epicure / Crunch or at 15th Terrace and West.
