Great location, $1/H on weekends until 8pm then $15 from 8pm to 5am, cant beat it. clean plenty of parking spaces, Clean.

The least expensive parking garage in the miami beach area
I have never been happier to park in a parking garage. $1/hour. Easy to find. You take a ticket when you drive in. Then take the ticket with you to the beach. Then when you come back, put the ticket in the machine by the elevators on the first floor. Then pay with your credit card. Your ticket will spit back out with the stamped payment amount. You will give the stamped ticket to the person at the check out gate. Viola, you are on your way. Warning: This is a very busy area, so the lot may be full if you come on the weekend or in the winter. We arrived there at 7PM on 6-30-17 and it was nearly full. Great vibe around this area of the beach. We had a great time thanks to the time I spent reading Google Reviews concerning parking lots on Miami Beach.
