Amazing experience with Enterprise always have you use their cars
I had a good experience here. I rented a car and they provided a car seat. The car was clean and had a full tank of gas. The parking in this location can be pretty difficult and if you don't call ahead to reserve a car you pay more money which can get a little pricey in this area.

What a bad experience. We are French and stayed in Miami in December 2016. Through the Hotel Grand Beach we rented a car from 9 to 10 December (2 days). On December 11 we embarked for a cruise in mexico. We trusted the rental agency but this one billed us 6 day rental !!!! 4 more days ...
I spent 15 mins in hold, listening to a story about how well they treat their customers, then someone answers puts me back in hold without listening and eventually picks up and hangs up on me. AT&T customer service is better than this. Really amazingly poor

We called the rental agency and then the hotel Grand Beach but no one took care of us. Never again will we trust by leaving our bank details to this rental agency. They're thieves.
