From my first time renting I've observed not only the cleanliness but also the agents wearing white dress shirts and everyone smiling (very refreshing) Also the customer service stands out, if there are people waiting in line the manager offered waters and other staff reassured everyone that everyone would be helped shortly. At the desk the process reminds you of a swift check in to a high end resort, very informative, pleasant and personable. Few times I had a scheduling conflict with work and the agent worked quickly to resolve my issue. For work I travel a ton using few different rental company's that I have memberships with and I can easily say that this location by far is the most pleasant. One more thing that has been very consistent is the cars I reserve, clean & almost exact model I choose during booking if not better.
Great customer service and good quality vehicles. We picked it up at the airport and dropped it off at Miami beach location. Many gas stations around the area so no worries on filling it up prior to drop off. I will rent again from this place.
Nearly everything perfect.
The young lady was totally helpfull and without reservation she managed, that we in half hour received Camaro from other Sixt office. And for less money like we had booked in Hertz, but they don´t have for us this car (yes, we had reservation one month before for this exact car). So we go from Hertz to here try it and they try some calls and "voila", we have what we want... And other times on our vacation we rent from Sixt and great it was. In Florida I can Sixt highly recommend.
I can recomment everybody to by a sunpass on their own and do not agree to the toll flatrate.

Last few rentals I also had a pleasure of having Anthony as my agent, very attentive and goes above and beyond to resolve any issue and to accommodate me in any way. 5 star customer service and as I've stated before very refreshing for mediocre South Beach customer service that I'm used to.
This location is only a few blocks away from our office when I'm working in Miami, first time arriving I was very surprised on how clean and modern the store was. Unlike other rental places I've see in South Beach that remind you of a run down train stations lost and found office lol
